We are not just a distributor. On our own line, one of the most modern in the Czech Republic, we splice abrasive belts, die-cut discs and cut sheets exactly to the customer’s specification.
We splice abrasive belts from rolls of abrasive cloth, paper and combined backings to fit every machine. We can handle narrow file belts and contact belts from a width of just 6 mm, as well as wide calibrating belts up to 1350 mm.
We choose the type of joint according to the application: a lapped (overlap) joint for maximum strength in contact grinding, a butt joint with a cover tape for a smooth, mark-free transition, or a film joint for sensitive surface finishing. Every belt is measured and inspected before dispatch.
We supply belts individually and in series, with short lead times thanks to stocks of backing material.
From abrasive cloth and paper we die-cut discs, pads and shaped blanks exactly to your drawing, including dust-extraction holes and hook-and-loop or self-adhesive backing.
We cut sheets and formats to the required size and slit rolls to width. Whether you need a hundred pieces or a pallet, we deliver exactly the format that fits your process.
We work from a supplied drawing or from a sample. For repeat orders we keep the tooling and the specification, so reordering is a matter of days.
